FIRST OF ALL THE
SIGHT
Our
Club has a Lens Bank, which provides an important amount of glasses
annually to those who can not afford to buy them.
During
March,every year, the Club fosters a campaign in Schools from poor
neighbourhoods, to find out visual problems on first and second years of
Primary Schools..
Once
the visual problem is detected, the boy or girl is free attended in our
oftalmolopgy ’s office, a lion of our jungla, who determines what to do
to solve the problem.
If
the boy/girl needs lens , the club provides them freely..
Cataract
Surgery are constantly made, being completly afforded by our Club.
Talks
and debates about different patologies with professionals of our city are
carried out in our Social Sede Salon.
They
are carried out once a year together with LEADI (a legue from Entre Rios
that help diabetic people), campaings to detect diabetis and
highpertension (with the help of doctors who are friends of the Club).
